I had some fun at the weekend creating this wacky layout, "Whirling." It's been in my mind for a while. I remember the utter joy, as a child, of whirling and twirling round the playground, my fertile imagination running riot. I was quite a loner as a child, not because I was unpopular but because I liked living in my head.
I used a lot of paint and embellishments for this. My curious outfit was in fact a light green wool cape with a fur trimmed hood. I was about 10 or 11 when I had this, so a bit old for whirling by then, but it makes me smile to think of it.
I'd like to do more LOs in this style - which I find you either love or hate.
