The mid-week extra at DCM asks for a card that uses one of Mel's favourite things (embroidery cotton/thread, buttons, felt or fabric) plus one of my favourite things.
I used felt for Mel and Stampbord, one of my favourite things. It's a great surface for painting and stamping on.
The card is suitable for a young man - I have to make several young men to make cards for and it's a challenge to come up with something that isn't too staid / uncool / gussied-up.
Supplies: pearlescent card blank - Papermania; paper - Rockstar, DCWV; brad - K&Co; Stampbord painted with acrylic paint; greeting stamp - Hero Arts and Brilliance ink.
