There is as much chance of me getting a Valentine's card from my husband as a snowstorm in June, but I have made two anyway and will sneak one into his case tomorrow when he sets off very early for Edinburgh. Only problem: which one? One is very traditional, the other a bit more modern.

Expressions of love, hearts and Valentines
It's that time of year....the challenge blogs have turned romantic. Stampotique Designers' Challenge is looking for expressions of love; Sunday Postcard Art for hearts, and Wednesday Stamper for expressions of love.
Here is my entry. I wanted to create a vintage feel. The lace trimmed heart is mounted on felt pads. The wording reads: ""The treasured heart you keep inside will keep my dreams away from harm."

Cupid
Well it's Valentine's Day so a theme of Cupid is perhaps inevitable at Sunday Postcard Art. I found the image of Cupid killed by his own arrow quite amusing, so this one is for everyone (like me) who hates Valentine's Day!

Heart

With Valentine's Day approaching, Daring Cardmakers latest challenge is to create a card that features a heart.
My card features two shrink plastic tiles stamped in goldm top left, attached with fibres; ghost shapes from Heidi Swapp; metal heart shape and glitter letters by Making Memories and envelope and brad by K&Co. Stamp on the left hand side is by Artifacts.
